Wheelhouse began when Dale Mandeville, an industrial engineer and manufacturing operations leader, grew frustrated watching manufacturers lose time and money to errors, delays, and bloated systems. Drawing on his background in lean practices, he designed a platform that turns those frustrations into clarity and flow.
