¹Full Access Users can access all apps (Wheelhouse modules and features) included at the selected subscription level. Each user’s app access is controlled by the company’s system administrator. Subscription levels are subject to reasonable minimum subscriber requirements to ensure viable service delivery and support quality. Minimum thresholds vary by plan and are communicated during signup.

²Limited Access Production Users have access only to the WorkFlow production application application for processing orders on the production floor. Multiple Limited Access Production Users share a single Full Access User account to log in to a work center. For optimal efficiency, companies may assign a dedicated Full Access User to each work center so the system automatically filters to the correct production data upon login.

³Standard Email Support includes up to 3 support requests per month, each up to 15 minutes of email-based assistance.
Response Time: Same-day response for requests submitted before 2 p.m. Eastern Time (initial reply, not necessarily final resolution).
Overage: Additional email support beyond the monthly 3 × 15-minute allotment is billed in 15-minute increments, or you can upgrade to our Premium Support plan for more included support.”
